Suspect arrested in Grovetown aggravated assault case

GROVETOWN, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A man wanted for aggravated assault in Grovetown was arrested Tuesday.
Nickolas Thomas, 27, had warrants on file for aggravated assault and interference with a 911 call.
“The Grovetown Police Department appreciates the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service with the apprehension and the information we received regularly from the Community during our search for Mr. Thomas,” a statement from Grovetown Police Department said. “We are thankful for our Citizens and remain Committed to Keeping Our Community Safe.”
