Identities of 2 children killed from Orangeburg Easter crash released

BOWMAN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office has released the identities of two children killed in a Sunday afternoon crash.
Orangeburg County Chief Deputy Coroner Sean Fogle said 6-year-old Ariyannah Crosby and 3-year-old Saniya Stevens, both of Summerville, died from injuries sustained in the collision.
A 2017 GMC Terrain was traveling east on U.S. Highway 178, when it exited the road on the right side. The vehicle then struck a ditch and a tree, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
A 27-year-old male was injured in the crash and taken to the hospital.
The crash is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
