Thursday is last day to claim award in $4.4 million Chick-fil-A settlement
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Your time to file a claim in a multi-million dollar Chick-fil-A settlement is running out.
A class-action lawsuit filed in Georgia last October argued the fast good giant increased menu prices on delivery orders by as much as 30% without disclosure. Chick-fil-A didn’t it guilt, but it did agree to pay up to $29.25 in cash or through a Chick-fil-A gift card to eligible customers in the $4.4 million settlement.

You may be entitled to the award if you made a food delivery order through the Chick-fil-A app or website between Nov. 1, 2019, and April 30, 2021, in the following states:
- Georgia
- Florida
- California
- New Jersey
- New York
The deadline to submit a claim is 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 15. You can submit a claim here.
If you made a delivery order in the states and time period specified by the settlement, you should have received a Unique ID number through an email from the Class Action Settlement . You’ll use that ID to start the claim.
If you did not receive a Unique ID and believe you should, you can the Class Action Settlement by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-877-764-4957.
The claim amount could be less than $29.25, depending on how many people file.
As part of the settlement, Chick-fil-A also agreed to add a disclosure on its app and website saying product prices may be higher for delivery orders.
