Trooper on leave after domestic violence arrest in Columbia County
HARLEM, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A Georgia State Patrol corporal is on istrative leave after his arrest in connection with a domestic violence incident, according to authorities.
The incident involving Austin Arsenio Wynn, of Harlem, happened between 5:50 p.m. and 6:08 p.m. Thursday, according to an arrest warrant.
Man accused of coercing 2 Grovetown minors to produce sexually explicit content
A man has been arrested after being accused of giving two minors alcohol and coercing them to produce sexually explicit content in Grovetown, authorities released told us on Friday.

The arrest warrant alleges that during a verbal altercation with his wife, she struck him with a thrown wooden bowl, causing him to fall to the ground.
As she was walking away, he struck her open-handed in the back of the head, causing her to fall to the ground, according to the warrant.
An arrest warrant was issued for him on a charge of simple battery (family violence).

It took 25 years to find closure, but Melissa Wolfenbarger’s family never gave up along the way. Her husband, Christopher Wolfenbarger, is now behind bars, charged with murder in connection to the death of the 21-year-old.

He was released on $500 misdemeanor bond with the requirement that he can’t be in the presence of the victim unless accompanied by a law enforcement officer and that he can’t be in possession of firearms.
Sueprena Marie Wynn was arrested on the same charges and released for the same bond amount and under the same conditions, according to an arrest warrant.
