$2 million Powerball ticket sold in Georgia
ATLANTA, Ga. - Someone in Georgia is $2 million richer after Saturday night’s Powerball drawing.
A ticket sold in the state won $2 million by matching five white balls with the Power Play option, according to the Georgia Lottery website.
The ticket was sold at a Shell station at 1895 Braselton Highway in Lawrenceville, according to lottery officials.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 21, 22, 25, 32, 38 and the Powerball was 16. Nobody won the $134 million top prize, so the jackpot climbs to $144 million for Monday’s drawing.
Powerball drawings are held weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights.
Lottery tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
