After Black Friday, small business shine in downtown Augusta
In downtown Augusta, following Black Friday, there was Small Business Saturday. It’s the day small businesses get to shine, which comes at an important time.

“So we’re very fortunate for our farm in Avery, North Carolina. Thankfully, those folks are safe. They did lose a significant number of trees, I believe about 60,000 trees on their farm. So, we’re thankful that we’re able to help them by buying trees and get some revenue, get them back to a little bit of normal,” said Austin Taylor with North Augusta Forward.
The one-day event is located at 336 Georgia Ave. in North Augusta.
