We spoke with the president and CEO of the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce about how the council can help the future.

“Even our middle schoolers have some interest in what’s happening on city council because, over the next four years, they are going to be teenagers. They are going to be voting. So, it’s really important to know what they are and how it’s going to impact you down the line. Whether it’s housing, your infrastructure or transportation. They don’t really think about it now, but they are learning what these things mean and how it’s going to impact them,” said Terra Carroll.

There also are two other candidates running for the seat Eric Presnell held.

Those include John Felak and Michael Ford.
