Georgia police dog sniffs out suspect hiding in storm drain
FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. - A K-9 helped sniff out a suspect who was hiding deep in the woods inside of a storm drain.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office said Deputy Chandler and K-9 Zade were helping the Stockbridge Police Department find a suspect who ran away from deputies.
Dozens arrested, cited in Richmond County checkpoint blitz
A blitz of safety checkpoints over the weekend led to dozens of arrests and citations of drivers across the region.
Body camera footage shows Zade following the trail through the woods before coming across a large, cylindrical drain that the suspect was hiding in.
James Feltman was arrested and charged with obstruction, driving with a suspended license and having an expired tag, the sheriff’s office said.

Sunday marks the fifth anniversary of the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, a Black jogger with ties to the CSRA who was chased down and slain by white men who accused him of prowling in their neighborhood.
In the past week, the sheriff’s office said the two have made eight arrests and helped seize two guns, 5.5 ounces of marijuana, 20 pills and two grams of methamphetamine.
