On Monday, around 7:30 p.m., deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a location on Bartow Dublin Road in response to a shooting incident.
Deputies say this incident stemmed from a dispute over someone borrowing money.
On scene, deputies learned that Randy Wright had been involved in an altercation with another individual.
4 Georgia soldiers who went missing while training in Lithuania have died, NATO leader says
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said Wednesday that four U.S. soldiers from Georgia who went missing while training in Lithuania have been killed, but that he did not yet know the details.

Before the situation became physical, the parties were separated, and Wright was asked to leave. However, a few minutes later, Wright returned, brandishing a firearm, according to the sheriff’s office.
Wright attempted to enter the premises but was prevented from doing so. Deputies say Wright then fired two to three shots at the building, apparently trying to hit those he had been arguing with.
An investigator later responded to the scene, and probable cause was determined in order to obtain a warrant for Wright’s arrest.
