Barnwell County deputies arrest 2 on crimes involving minors

Barnwell Sheriff's Office arrested and charged Menelek Jashun Phinn-Williams with criminal sexual conduct involving a minor and incest charges.

BARNWELL, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Barnwell County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Menelek Jashun Phinn-Williams (left) with 2nd and 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Incest.

They also arrested and charged Randolph Scott Williams III (right) with Unlawfully Placing a Child at Risk of or Causing Harm.
