JACKSON, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - The boil water advisory originally issued on Thursday was lifted Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m.

A boil water advisory for customers located in the Town limits of Jackson, S.C. was issued Thursday, May 29.

The advisory excludes Highland Circle and Hendrix Street.

The advisory is due to a water main break.

Richmond County inmates graduate from job training program

Several inmates at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center graduated from a food-service program that has prepared them with job skills they can use when they’ve been released.
