ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Atlanta Braves third base coach Matt Tuiasosopo has been reassigned and will be replaced by a familiar face: former manager Fredi Gonzalez.

The Braves announced Monday that Tuiasosopo has accepted a role on the minor league staff. Before becoming the major-league third base coach, Tuiasosopo coached the Triple-A Gwinnett Stripers.

Gonzalez was the Braves manager between 2011 and 2016. He went 434-413 at the helm. After leaving the Braves, Gonzalez coached for both the Miami Marlins and Baltimore Orioles.
