Boil advisory lifted in Edgefield County, officials say
TRENTON, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A boil water advisory has been lifted for parts of Edgefield County, officials said Wednesday.
The Edgefield County Water and Sewer Authority said Tuesday that customers in the Pinewood Plantation subdivision and Murphy Village should boil their water for a minute before drinking or cooking until otherwise notified.
The affected streets included Heatherwood Drive, Butterfly Drive, Thistle Court, Cricket Court, Cupid Court, FoxFire Court, Mistletoe Court, Damby Court, Kerry Court, Edgefield Road from St. Anthony to Shadowrock Drive, East Wise Street, S.E. Diggs to Tanks Street, Tanks Street, Harrison Street and Addie Street.
