AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - After being discovered in Richmond County weeks ago, a woman in Augusta has been reported missing again.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says 77-year-old Betty Garnett disappeared Wednesday. She was last seen around 5:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of Broad Street.

Betty Garnett was also reported missing on May 26, but was eventually found, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Garnett uses a walker and was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a red and blue Adidas T-shirt and brown slides.

The sheriff’s office asks anyone with information regarding Garnett’s location to them at 706-821-1020 or 706-821-1080.

Richmond County inmates graduate from job training program
