(CNN) – Actor Harris Yulin has died at the age of 87.

His manager said he died on Tuesday from cardiac arrest.

Yulin spent decades in the entertainment industry.

He earned an Emmy nomination for his role on “Frasier” in 1996, but the actor is probably best known as the angry judge in 1989s “Ghostbusters 2.”

Leading up to his death, Yulin was preparing for a new TV series with Laura Linney and Kevin Kline titled, “American Classic.”
